You don’t have to quit cold Turkey. You can develop a plan to taper down or use ni****ne replacement therapy to help support you temporarily while you quit. The most important thing is to develop a plan and pick your day that you will quit or begin your plan of quitting. Be sure to include your support system in your plan.
