Hey Mountain Ju**ies! Mineshaft 10k is Saturday! The Race is SOLD OUT! Packet Pick Up will be today (Thursday 4/2) at Gilbert Chiropractic from 3pm - 6pm, tomorrow (Friday 4/3) at Fleet Feet Roanoke from 10am - 6pm and Saturday Morning (Race Day 4/4) at Bearwallow Parking Lot from 7:15am - 8:30am. We are excited for everyone to see a new trail! It looks like it will be a beautiful day to be in the woods!

Hey Mountain Ju**ies! Saturday is Trail Nut 10k and Half Marathon! Looks like it is going to be a gorgeous day to run at Falling Creek Park! You can still sign up online! Packet Pick is today (Thursday 3/12) at Gilbert Chiropractic from 10-1pm and 3pm-6pm. Tomorrow (Friday 3/13) at Fleet Feet Roanoke from 10am-6pm. Saturday (RACE DAY 3/14) at Falling Creek Park from 7:15am - 8:45am. Bedford's Falling Creek Park is a great park for the whole family, bring everyone out to cheer you on! Can't wait to see everyone!

The results for the Montvale 5 & 8.4 Milers are posted. Congratulations to everyone that came out to race. In 18 years, today was one of the nicest days we've had out at Montvale Park. Hopefully we'll see you in a few weeks at the 3/14/26 Trail Nut 10k & Half Marathon.
