My passion for helping people has been centered around providing a safe, quiet place for people to experience relief and healing from aches, pains and stress. Haven Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork is the result of this effort and is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. I utilize a number of modalities to relieve stress, chronic pain, injuries, headaches, muscle pain and tension, anxiety, and more. I have decided to take a leave of absence from my practice until further notice due to health reasons. I do hope to be back soon. Online scheduling will not be available and I will not be returning calls or messages until I am back in the office. I want to thank everyone who has shared my posts and supported my business, especially over Thanksgiving weekend!
