* Buccal swab and non- dot drug screens/ test pay $20 per test
* DOT drug tests pay $25 per test
* Tests requiring blood draw pay $35 per test
* plus .50 per mile to location. Mileage is from office less miles from your address on contractor file.
* Some Training may be available
* Must be DOT certified to conduct dot testing( possible reimbursement for training up to $400)
* Must be certified phlebotomist to perform blood draw. ( possible reimbursement for certification up to $600)
