Hello everybody and welcome to the prrc located in the beautiful state of Virginia in the City of Salem in building 11 in room 3 this is where we meet Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. you must see your primary care physician for a consult in order to attend the classes however we do offer art classes open to the general population on this military base.
