All-levels yoga classes and social gatherings at breweries, wineries, distilleries and beautiful spaces around Oregon and SW Washington. Our studios are breweries, wineries, and spaces that create community. All levels of yoga practice are welcome. Yoga for Everybody & Every Body. Just fun, feel-good opportunities to refresh among friends.

As we inch closer to the holidays, we have a couple special events in the Salem-area this month, to ease us into the season, together.

On Friday, November 21st at 6pm, we are gathering with and at for what has become our annual kick off to the holidays. This year, your registration includes a post-class beverage, and some noms after class. We are over half way full for this special gathering 🙏🏼

And then on Friday, November 28th at 10am, is leading our annual Thanksgiving Weekend practice at . 🦃

Our Story

Where our love for yoga and the PNW unites. Our studio started as a brewery, and over the years we’ve expanded to include local wineries, cideries, hop farms, parks, islands, alleys, coffee houses, and other locations that are creating something intentional and passion-filled for their community. Our post-class refreshment is a beer (and sometimes wine, or cider, or water, or tea), because it’s not really about the beverage, it’s about the time spent together, as a community. Sometimes we gather for yoga. Sometimes we volunteer together, or read books together. But our community gatherings are always centered around connection - with ourselves, with others, and with our community. We strive to create spaces and experiences that foster a sense of belonging. Because we all crave a place to belong. We hope you’ll find that here.
