Waking up stiff? You’re not alone - this is something a lot of people experience.
Instead of jumping right out of bed, try giving your body a few minutes to ease into movement.
Small things like gentle stretching or slow movements can help reduce stiffness and make it easier to start your day.
It doesn’t have to be anything intense - consistency matters more than anything.
If you deal with morning stiffness regularly, it might be worth taking a closer look at what your body needs.
