Unfortunately, this page is not being maintained anymore. The one who created it is no longer running her business and I have gone in another direction due to lack of support in the nutrition field. I thank you all for supporting this FB page for as long as you did! There are lots of other programs available online that you might want to investigate. Ok! Here it is...the first Commercial Break Challenge!

Do one exercise during each commercial break of your favorite show and you'll burn some extra calories! Perfect for this time of year. Be sure to do 5 minutes of dynamic stretching (stretching with movement) before you begin.

1. 25 Jumping Jacks
2. 25 Basic Crunches
3. 25 Bicep Curls
4. 30 Backward Lunges (15 each side)
5. 1 Plank (try to hold it for the whole commercial break....if not hold it for as long as you can!)
6. 25 Tricep Kickbacks
7. Walk in place for the commercial break.
8. Jump rope for the commercial break (no jump rope needed).
9. 30 Bicycle Crunches (15 each side).
10. 30 Front Kicks (15 per leg; alternate or do one leg at a time).
