Harmony Hatha, an 8 week Yoga Series, stars next Thursday. This class meets 8:30-9:30am from Jan 22 - March 12.
Harmony Hatha is a steady, breath-led practice designed to bring your mind and body back into balance.
This class moves at an easy, intentional pace with simple postures, gentle strength-building, and moments of quiet reflection. You’ll learn to align your breath with your movement, settle your nervous system, and create a sense of ease you can carry into the rest of your day.
Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calm space to reconnect, reset, and feel grounded.
This series is designed to progressively build though drop-ins are welcome if space permits.

Your guide for this series is Roni Wright, who is trained in Ashtanga Yoga. While often experienced as a vigorous purifying practice, Roni enjoys sharing the Yin and Meditation aspects which are it’s compliments and bring balance to the approach.
