Courtney Train Therapy Services, LLC Courtney Train Therapy Services, LLC offers individual and family therapy to Kansans of all ages. I love working with youth and adults.

Incorporating mindfulness, play, and bodywork, I take a neurobiological and body-based approach to psychotherapy to help clients understand and transform trauma, anger, fear, and pain. My professional background is in domestic/sexual violence and family dysfunction. I am partnered with the Domestic Violence Association of Central Kansas and Chris' Place Child Advocacy Center. I am passionate about increasing the self-awareness, well-being, and inner-peace of individuals and families. I am trained in various techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandtray Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused CBT, to most effectively engage the various layers, needs, and strengths of my clients. I offer in-person and telehealth service and accept private pay, KanCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, ProviDRs Care, Aetna, Ambetter, and Empac.
