We wrapped up the show this weekend and it was so great to greet several of you after our performances. This (the theatre) is my self care. It fills my cup and has allowed me to create an amazing support system. I encourage each of you to find your own self care that fills you up like this. Many of us can relate to this guy in the video. Anxiety and depression is something that can really take it’s toll on a person. While this video adds some humor to the situation, the truth of the content hits home with more people that you may realize.

There is a LOT going on in our world right now - from the local level to the international stage. If you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, may I suggest you simple TALK to someone. It does not have to be me on a therapeutic level, but just talk to someone... anyone! Share the load.
