At Residence 600 we honored our veterans and their wives with a lunch at Carlos O Kelly’s.

A sacrifice many years ago by both husband and wife while our freedoms were protected. We thank you again! And always will be thankful for the service every veteran gave🇺🇸

Here we go again!
What a treat to have Amber Moretti from Smoky Hill Health and Rehabilitation come to Residence 600.

She brought a ton of information to give to our residents. They also enjoyed a meal from McAllister Deli of soup and sandwiches. ❤️

Thankful Thursday for Throwbacks………

I am going to put some OLD picture throw backs up. Some who are in the photos have moved to a level of care Residence 600 does not provide. Some have passed on. Some have moved closer to family.
But be thing for sure is their heart still lingers with Res600.❤️

Nothing but warm fuzzies……

I couldn’t help but feel the warmth when I look at the picture below. It eliminates a holiday warmth. An invitation to Thanksgiving.

Gobble Gobble Wobble Wobble down Turkey Lane…….

It was a Thanksgiving fest at Residence 600 as the residents enjoyed a potluck.
We even had pilgrims there!

A very special thank you to Accessible Home Care, LLC for providing the meat. We appreciate all you do!

So with stuff bellies like a stuffed turkey, and all the trimmings, a wonderful time was had!

Is it to early?

Some might say it is but my next week is so packed with things I decided to get Christmas up. 🌲 Someone told me just recently that if it makes you happy….then do it! As long as you don’t hurt anyone or break the law.
Christmas make me extremely HAPPY!🌲

I know something else that makes me happy……
Residence 600!

Happiness abounds there! From the staff, to the sponsors but there is something more precious. The people who live there!❤️

Why don’t you spend Christmas here for the rest of your years and see and feel the happiness all year long!☃️

A day to celebrate our veterans. A day to say thank you!

Candy was thrown by Suzanne and family and Drake rode along to take in all the fun and companionship to Charlene!

🏠🏠. Do you have a………🏠🏠

Do have a home that you can find shelter in?
How about that warm fuzzy blanket to wrap up in to take the chill off?

Many in this town do not. Think about the child who shivers in the night to keep warm. Or the adult who has given the last blanket they have to keep someone else warm. It’s real. It’s not just a sad story.

Residence 600 again this year is participating in the Blanket Drive with Accessible Home Care, LLC.
