Salina Regional Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is now offering Shockwave Therapy; a new service line to help those with stress fractures, tendinopathies, bone injuries, joint problems and plantar fasciitis. This non-surgical treatment uses low-energy sound and pressure waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing response and reduce pain in musculoskeletal injuries.

Kevin Klug, MD, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Physician, explains how Shockwave Therapy supports and accelerates the body’s ability to heal itself.
