A meditation that I teach my clients is to go back and visit yourself at different ages in your childhood and younger years where you were damaged, traumatized, or hurt. Look at her, see all her flaws and imperfections with love and acceptance. Remember the things she was going through at the time, and the mistakes she was making, the traumas she endured. Then send her all the love from your current perspective. Wrap your arms around her and give her all the love that she wasn't getting at the time. Tell her that you are here for her and that everything will one day make sense. Tell her how worthy she is. Tell her everything you wished someone would have told you in those moments. Do this with each age that you currently hold trauma from. You can heal from past traumas, easier than you ever thought possible.
