An awesome morning when you get to meet our PTA, Jenn, at one of our assisted-living communities! 🌞💕

Did you know physical therapy is a must when living in an assisted living facility? PT helps residents stay safe, strong, and independent. Here are just a few things physical therapy can support:
• Fall prevention and balance training
• Strength-building exercises to stay mobile
• Safe transfer training (bed, chair, bathroom)
• Walking and gait training with or without assistive devices
• Pain management techniques
• Post-surgical or post-hospital rehab
• Improving endurance for daily activities
• Home safety education within their living space

We’re grateful for amazing team members like Jenn who help our residents live their best, safest, and strongest lives each day!
