Today was a special one at the For Our Future / Para Nuestro Futuro, a campaign of CASP Awards ✨ We had the honor of celebrating For Our Future Award recipient Alexa Naranjo from the STEPS program, pictured here with her mom Silvia and community leaders who continue to show up for our youth.

In honor of Take Down To***co , STEPS Youth Leaders hosted a one-hour cleanup from Tatums Garden to Sherwood Park in Salinas and collected 561 cigarette butts.

Cigarette butts are the #1 most littered item that can release toxic chemicals into our environment. 🚮🚬

Shoutout to Janikua from Everett Alvarez High School for collecting 149 butts and winning our cleanup challenge! 👏
