We’re shining the spotlight on our incredible partners, The Epicenter 831, who have been longtime collaborators and champions in Monterey County for LGBTQ+ youth and allies through their amazing program, Our Gente: A Program of The Epicenter. πŸŒˆπŸ’–

Together, we’ve been supporting our LGBTQ+ youth by launching and facilitating the Rainbow Connections Youth Empowerment Council, as well as engaging the community through outreach events and visits to the Gender Sexuality Alliance Club to help cultivate safer, more inclusive spaces on our middle and high school campuses. πŸ™ŒπŸ½

From peer connection to powerful programming, this collaborative partnership is rooted in community care, empowerment, and showing up for youth exactly as they are. πŸ’«
