This page was created to announce our yearly Breastfeeding Awareness Walk Celebration. Each year during the month of August Monterey County WIC hostess a Breastfeeding Awareness Walk/Health Fair to promote the benefits of breastfeeding and support breastfeeding mothers in our community. Our walk is one of many similar celebrations nationwide during the month of August to promote breastfeeding. WIC is dedicated to improve the health of mothers and babies and therefore fully supports and encourages breastfeeding.

🍒 WIC y CalFresh son programas
separados. Cada programa tiene su propio financiamiento y administración. Los retrasos en los beneficios de CalFresh no
afectan los beneficios ni los servicios de WIC. Ambos programas apoyan el acceso a alimentos para las familias.
