The physical practice will be followed by an extended Yoga Nidra, a deeply nourishing guided rest that invites you to settle into profound relaxation. As the body rests, the heart and nervous system are given space to reset, restore, and reconnect with a sense of ease and inner warmth.

Dear Yogacentric Community,

We want to let you know that all classes scheduled for tomorrow will be canceled.

This decision was not made lightly. As a studio rooted in awareness, compassion, and conscious action, we feel called to stand in solidarity with the general strike and with those expressing deep concern about the current state of affairs in our country and our world.

Yoga teaches us that practice doesn’t stop at the edge of the mat. It invites us to pay attention, to pause, and at times to take principled action — even when that action is simply choosing not to carry on as usual.

Tomorrow, we are choosing pause.

We encourage you to use this day in whatever way feels supportive: rest, reflect, connect with loved ones, engage in community, or move and breathe on your own. Your practice belongs to you, and it goes wherever you go.

We will resume our regular class schedule the following day, and we look forward to practicing together again soon.

Thank you for being part of a community that values integrity, presence, and care for the greater whole.

The New Year often arrives filled with aspiration — big intentions, bold promises, and the hope that this year will be different. But yoga reminds us that transformation doesn’t happen through force or perfection. It happens through steady presence, curiosity, and integration. Aspiration to Integration is a New Year’s Day gathering designed to help you move beyond resolutions and into relationship — with your practice, your inner landscape, and your life as it’s actually being lived. This workshop is not about setting goals for who you should become. It’s about gently exploring how yoga already lives within you — and how you can consciously weave it into your days, on and off the mat, for the long path ahead.

What a beautiful way to welcome the Winter Solstice together. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special gathering. We hope the experience felt deeply nourishing—body, mind, and spirit. The quieter energy of the solstice invited us to slow down, soften, and turn inward, honoring rest as something essential rather than optional.

Sharing gentle movement, breath, stillness, and reflection in community is always powerful, and this evening was a reminder that winter has wisdom to offer us too. Less doing. More listening. More care.

May you carry a bit of that steadiness and warmth with you into the darker days ahead, returning to it whenever you need grounding, comfort, or a pause. We’re so grateful to practice alongside you and mark the turning of the season together.
