New Year’s Day we have a special workshop.

12-1:30
$33

The New Year often arrives filled with aspiration — big intentions, bold promises, and the hope that this year will be different. But yoga reminds us that transformation doesn’t happen through force or perfection. It happens through steady presence, curiosity, and integration. Aspiration to Integration is a New Year’s Day gathering designed to help you move beyond resolutions and into relationship — with your practice, your inner landscape, and your life as it’s actually being lived. This workshop is not about setting goals for who you should become. It’s about gently exploring how yoga already lives within you — and how you can consciously weave it into your days, on and off the mat, for the long path ahead.

What a beautiful way to welcome the Winter Solstice together. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special gathering. We hope the experience felt deeply nourishing—body, mind, and spirit. The quieter energy of the solstice invited us to slow down, soften, and turn inward, honoring rest as something essential rather than optional.

Sharing gentle movement, breath, stillness, and reflection in community is always powerful, and this evening was a reminder that winter has wisdom to offer us too. Less doing. More listening. More care.

May you carry a bit of that steadiness and warmth with you into the darker days ahead, returning to it whenever you need grounding, comfort, or a pause. We’re so grateful to practice alongside you and mark the turning of the season together.

Celebrate the Winter Solstice on the Mat

This Friday 7-8:30

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a quiet turning point where we pause, reflect, and gently welcome the return of the light.

Join us for a special yoga gathering to honor this seasonal shift. This practice will be slow, steady, and grounding—designed to help you settle your nervous system, release what the year has held, and reconnect to what truly supports you as we move forward.

No big intentions. No pressure to “transform.”
Just time on your mat, guided movement, breath, and space to land fully in the season.

This event is open to all levels and especially lovely if you’re craving:
• stillness during a busy season
• a meaningful pause before the holidays
• a practice that nourishes rather than pushes

Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, warmer, and more connected—inside and out.

Don't miss out! This Saturday 🙂

If the holiday season already feels full, let us help you soften into a moment of calm.

Join us for Yoga Massage: Revitalize on Saturday, December 13th from 6-8 PM - a deeply restorative evening designed to nurture both body and mind.

The evening begins with a 90 minute gentle yoga flow led by Emily - a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and owner of Open Your Heart. Throughout the practice, licensed massage therapists will offer hands on compression, massage, stretching, and warm towels, creating an atmosphere of deep comfort as you move.

You’ll then transition into a 30 minute sound bath guided by Jen - licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and sound healer - inviting your nervous system into spacious calm as you rest with blankets, bolsters, and a warm eye pillow.

We’ll close the night with a small serving of rich Hawaiian cacao, paired with a decadent treat from Sweet Gem Confections - vegan, gluten free, and corn free.

Only a few spots remain, so if you’re ready for two hours of complete relaxation and care, we encourage you to reserve your spot soon!

Our Beloved Winter Solstice Celebration ❄️✨

Every year, as the days grow shortest and the light prepares its slow return, we gather for one of our most cherished traditions — our Winter Solstice Celebration. It’s the event we look forward to all year long, and truly, it’s not to be missed.

This evening is pure magic: gentle movement, candlelight, reflection, intention-setting, and the feeling of being part of something timeless and deeply grounding. It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and honor both the quiet darkness and the spark of new light within each of us.

Whether you’ve joined us many times or this will be your first solstice with us, you’ll feel the warmth of community, the softness of the season, and the renewal that follows when we take time to honor the turning of the year.

Mark your calendar. Come as you are. Let’s welcome the return of the light together. ✨🌙
