We are so excited to announce that the Foundation has received the Mary Thompson Foundation Grant! These funds have allowed us to purchase a jukebox for Brecon Village, and the remaining support will provide two music therapy sessions each month for residents in our Memory Support Center.

Music is incredibly important for individuals living with dementia. Research shows that familiar songs can stimulate memory, reduce anxiety, improve mood, and spark meaningful connections, even when other forms of communication become difficult. Music can offer comfort, joy, and moments of clarity, making it a powerful tool in supporting cognitive and emotional well-being.

Thank you, Mary Thompson Foundation, for giving us the opportunity to enhance the lives of our residents through the power of music. 💙

Happy hour at Brecon last Friday and wow… the Bees Knees cocktail was buzzing with goodness (yes, we squeezed those lemons 🍋)
Paired it with lemon cookies because… balance.
The turnout? AMAZING.
And we even wrapped it up with a concert because why not!
Still smiling — thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a sweet, zesty time!

Brecon Village Fun: Today we survived the Great Turkey & Deer Hunt! Our Memory Support Center and Adult Day friends were on fire—Nerf bullets everywhere and smiles for miles!
