Robert Griffith is a licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has been in practice since 2014. He is trained in counseling and works within the framework of multiple therapeutic modalities.

Robert has a background in working with disadvantaged populations and mental illnesses including depression and anxiety, mood disorders, and psychosis. He prefers to work with individuals using a strengths based approach and collaborative problem solving while also providing a safe space to share.

Robert works with individuals of all ages and is specifically trained in working with the elderly population. He is available for in-person sessions and via telehealth.

Hi, I’m Ashley and I’ve been counseling clients from various backgrounds and needs since Fall of 2024. I’m trained in ADHD, Autism/neurodivergence, PTSD, and knowledgeable on anxiety and depression. I like to work from a holistic, person-centered, non-judgmental approach. I primarily use talk therapy, along with other therapeutic modalities, custom to the clients needs.

I specifically specialize in helping others establish healthy boundaries, identifying and finding freedom from people pleasing tendencies, and recognizing one’s worth and value in this world. I’m also certified in Brainspotting.

I see clients in-person and through Telehealth.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, exercising, and practicing self-care.

Janice has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families and supporting them through their daily challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, and helping them with their emotion regulation. Janice uses a strengths-based approach to create a safe and collaborative space where your children can build their resilience, develop their coping skills, and gain personal growth. Janice enjoys reading and spending time with her family and her four dogs when she is not working.

Katie Kyzar is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW). Katie has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, the Gottman Method for couples therapy, and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for individuals with tic disorders and Tourette Syndrome. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and highly sensitive individuals, as well as those seeking support with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem.

Katie also offers Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. She specializes in helping clients develop healthy coping skills, build self-confidence, improve relationships, and heal from past wounds.
