Join Heather for a 2-hour Functional Anatomy Community Workshop where we’ll explore what’s actually happening in the body when we practice yoga—especially through the feet, legs, and hips.

This workshop blends practical anatomy with real movement so you can better understand alignment, mobility, and stability in common yoga poses. Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to refresh your anatomy knowledge or a student who wants to understand the “why” behind the practice, this session will give you tools you can immediately apply on your mat.

Alena is raising funds for local ALICE households and will rappel down The Ross on May 8 as part of the Over The Edge fundraiser with United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore.
