Grief is one of those experiences that connects all of us.

Our Coastal Hospice Supportive Services Team Leader, Joel Beiler, recently joined DelmarvaLife to talk about the many ways we support individuals and families through their grief journey.

In just the past three months, more than 500 people have attended our grief support groups—a powerful reminder that no one has to walk this path alone.

And most importantly, you do not have to be a Coastal Hospice patient or family member to access these services. Our doors and our hearts are open to anyone in our community who needs support.

🎉 What a Bingo Blast! 🎉

We had an amazing night at the Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. during our Bingo Charity Night benefiting Coastal Hospice patient care!

With 20 exciting games, a few fun special rounds, a 50/50 raffle, and a Chinese auction, the room was filled with laughter, cheers, and plenty of lucky numbers! 🎱✨ Guests also enjoyed delicious food for sale, making it a perfect night of fun and community.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped make the evening so special. Every card played helps support compassionate care for our patients and families.

Until next time… B-ING-O! 🥳

Our Provider and Community Relations Team Leader, Lauren King, and Volunteer Services Manager, Jeffery Gadow, recently had the pleasure of speaking with the Salisbury Maryland Rotary Club.

They shared Coastal Hospice’s mission, highlighted the compassionate services we offer to patients and families, and stressed the importance of earlier referrals—helping ensure everyone receives the care and support they deserve at the end of life.

A heartfelt thank you for welcoming us and giving us the chance to connect with their members!

Our music therapists provide compassionate support to patients and their caregivers throughout the end-of-life journey. People of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can experience the therapeutic benefits of music therapy. When offered to those nearing the end of life, music therapy complements other healing efforts, helping to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of our hospice patients.
