đź’ś What to Expect at Your First Visit
If you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy, we know that first appointment can feel like a big step. You may have questions, mixed emotions, or just need a place to catch your breath. At Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore, our goal is simple: to make sure you feel safe, supported, and informed every step of the way.
Here’s what your visit will look like.
✨ Check In and Welcome
When you arrive, one of our friendly team members will greet you and help you check in. You’ll fill out a short form with some basic information and show a valid photo ID so we can best meet your needs. Everything you share stays completely confidential. Your privacy matters here, and nothing is shared without your written permission.
đź’¬ Free Services Available
All of our services are completely free. During your first visit, you’ll meet with one of our trained advocates to talk through your situation, your questions, and the options available to you.
Depending on your needs, your appointment may include:
• Pregnancy testing
• Limited ultrasound
• Education about pregnancy options
• Referrals for community resources
• Parenting and life-skills support
• Material assistance like diapers, formula, or baby clothing
Our caring staff is here to listen without pressure and to give you the information you need to make confident decisions.
