This year, Lutheran Services Carolinas is celebrating 65 Years of Belonging! Tim Cornelison's LSC story forms a full circle.

As a boy, he volunteered at the Lutheran Home of Salisbury (now Trinity Oaks health & rehab). That inspired him to become a nursing home activity director. Cornelison later became a nursing home administrator -- and for the past 3 years, he has been administrator of Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab right back where he started.

Today, Cornelison trains future senior care leaders as a preceptor for administrators-in-training and teaches activity director certification classes with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.

🎃👻 What a Spooktacular Halloween! 👻🎃

We had an amazing time last night at our Annual Trick-or-Treat Trail! Thank you to all who came out and made it such a fun night. 🕸️🍬

We wrapped up the celebrations today with our Halloween Bash — full of laughter, costumes, and even some performances from our “celebrity” musicians in the house! 🎤🧛‍♀️🎶

We’re so grateful for our incredible community. You all made this Halloween one to remember! 🧡🖤

🍂🌧️ Rain or Shine, Fall Festival Fun! 🌧️🍂
We didn’t let a little rain stop us from having a blast at our Annual Fall Festival yesterday! The energy was high, the smiles were bright, and the good times rolled on. From delicious treats to laughter and dancing, the day was filled with jpy and community spirit.

🎶 Special thanks to Divided By Four for the amazing live music that kept eveyone grooving!

On Thursday, we had a wild day!
For national Wildlife Day, residents and teammates wore their animal print/animal attire. We had a blast with our “monkey see monkey do” exercise, animal cookie baking, and safari hunt!
