Noble Horizons offers its approximately 180 residents four levels of care:
• Independent Living in 50 one and two-bedroom cottages
• Residential Hotel Living in 19 single rooms and suites
• Intermediate Care for 30 residents who require assistance with daily tasks and medical oversight
• Skilled Nursing Care for 61 residents
who require 24-hour nursing supervision, including a special memory care program for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia
• Short Term Rehabilitation for those recuperating from surgery or illness. Noble Horizons offers a variety of therapy services in its outpatient rehabilitation center
Noble Horizons is certified for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

It was an honor and a privilege for us to give back to our local heroes from the Lakeville Hose Company #1 and the Salisbury Volunteer Ambulance Squad last night. These dedicated men and women drop everything to keep our community safe, often in the most challenging moments. This dinner was just a small token of our immense gratitude, and we thank you for always being there when we need you most!
