Join us on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 9 AM–3 PM at the Chesapeake Health Care Conference Center in Salisbury for free, in-person help applying for health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Our Certified Application Counselors will walk you through the process and help you find the best savings available to you and your family.

What to bring:
• Social Security cards (or immigration documents for anyone applying)
• Birth dates and basic household info
• Policy numbers for any current health insurance
• One month of income info (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.)
• Details about any job-related insurance options
