This is why I run food sensitivity testing on EVERY gut health patient.
This patient came to me with chronic bloating, fatigue, and digestive issues. She’d been eating ‘healthy’ Yogurt for breakfast, cheese on her salads, eggs for protein.
Her IgG food sensitivity panel revealed the problem:
🔴 Cow’s milk casein: 45.90 (EXTREME)

🔴 Egg white: 42.59 (EXTREME)

My patient came to me last year with a hemoglobin A1C of 11.5%. She had no idea her diabetes was out of control and in fact she felt pretty normal but complained about constant fatigue and low energy. We put her on a customized plan that also included proper education on how and what to eat. Happy to say that after 1 year partnering together, we've taken that 11.5% hemoglobin A1C down to 5.8%!!! She feels amazing, has more energy and was completely in awe of how good her body could feel. Patients like this make me realize everyday how blessed I am to do this work!
