12/20/2025
I hope you’ve had a nourishing holiday season so far, however you celebrate — full of rest, connection, and moments that made you exhale a little deeper.
I wanted to share a gentle update on my recovery and what the next steps look like as we move into 2026.
I had hoped that once I transitioned into my new brace, physical therapy would begin immediately. However, it looks like there will be about four more weeks before what I’m lovingly calling Phase 3 begins — with that starting around January 19, 2026.
So what does this mean for appointments?
I’ve been cleared to begin doing some work as long as I’m comfortable. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be carefully combing through the schedule and personally reaching out to clients I feel confident I can work with. I’ll be starting slowly, offering 60-minute sessions only, allowing my body to rebuild stamina before gradually working back toward 90-minute sessions and beyond. This will be a paced, intuitive return — quality over quantity, always.
Now for some exciting (and long-overdue) news…
As many of you already know, Ashley Pollard stepped in during my recovery, and through many beautiful conversations, trust-building, and alignment, I’m thrilled to officially announce that Breathe Out Massage is expanding and welcoming Ashley as a regular part-time member of the team.
Let me be real for a moment — building this business has required years of trust, surrender, and heart-led decisions. Bringing someone into this space is a big step… and it’s also growth. This expansion allows YOU to continue receiving consistent, high-quality bodywork when I’m traveling for work, recovering, or even just human and under the weather.
Ashley will now be:
• Accepting new clients
• Offering prenatal massage
• Coming soon.. craniosacral therapy packages specifically with Ashley.
• Available to book online
• Will be trained in add-on services
And please hear this clearly — you will not offend me at all if you loved working with Ashley and want to continue seeing her, or if her availability simply works better for your life. My mission has always been to provide a safe, healing space where you feel supported on your journey — however that looks.
For now, Ashley will be available Mondays and a few additional days throughout the week while I continue recovering. Looking ahead, the goal is for her to work Mondays, one evening per week, every other Saturday, and possibly Sunday afternoons.
Finally, thank you — truly — for supporting my small business through every season of change and expansion. Breathe Out Massage exists because of you, and I’m endlessly grateful for the trust you place in this space.
Many blessings and positive wishes, 💛
