8-Week Therapeutic Program for Adults

Are you or someone you love struggling with grief or loss?
You don’t have to go through it alone. Our supportive, therapist-led group provides a safe space to connect, heal, and find renewed meaning after loss.

✨ What you’ll experience:
✔ Understanding thoughts, emotions & behaviors
✔ Acceptance, self-compassion & emotional support
✔ Family and relationship dynamics
✔ Identity exploration — “Who am I now?”
✔ Trauma and the body’s response
✔ Spirituality, purpose & meaning-making
✔ Rebuilding resilience and rediscovering hope

📅 Starts January 5, 2026 — Mondays for 8 weeks

What a beautiful day for our Fall Harvest Family Engagement Day 🍂💛 We’re so grateful for all the families who came out to connect, laugh, and join in on our scavenger hunt fun!
