Hands on Healing I am a Reiki practitioner I became interest in Reiki while I was experiencing a severe case of depression. I even tried to use a pendulum.

I went through the normal avenue to treat my depression, such as using my physician for help. My physician prescribed the second highest form of anti depressant(Lexapro). On my physician's adive I took Lexapro, but I didn't like one of the side affects. So I tried other avenues to relieve me of my depression. I eventually found my way to Reiki. Which is a natural way of relieving stress, anxiety and other negative drains on the quality of life.
