State convention 2026!

On Thursday, the 2026-2027 officer team attended day 2 of state convention. Students met during lunch to review our bylaws and make plans for next year. Alexis Breuklander practiced for state choir, and all students attended the general session that evening!

On Friday, state degree recipients Lydea Britt, Mariska Bixenman, and Cate Atkinson, and state choir participant Alexis Breuklander attended the general session. Alexis participated in the choir’s rehearsal through the morning, and performed prior to the session. We are so proud of her hard work! Lydea, Mariska, and Cate walked the stage to receive their state degree, a testament to their dedication to Missouri FFA.

We had a fantastic turnout this morning for the Supporters’ Breakfast! Thank you to everyone who came. These young leaders have been working so hard today, but it’s worth it to give back to our community and teachers!!

It’s Greenhand day! Freshmen Ag students brought green themed snacks, played a kahoot, and enjoyed their lunch period together to celebrate their Greenhand degrees!

2 members went to Public Speaking Institute today. They had rhe opportunity to learn lots of tips for public speaking, how to be an advocate in agriculture, and running for an office.
