As parents, family members, educators, or community members, we may have a lot on our plates or could be facing our own mental health challenges. It can feel easy to push our own needs to the side. However, making time for ourselves is essential to our overall well-being and being a role model for the children in our lives.

This year, our theme is HERstory and our Empowerees have been working hard creating performances to showcase their interviewing skills and knowledge gained by interviewing different generations.
