What great and considerate neighbors and friends we have next door! Staff from the Sequoyah County Health Department brought over a basket of goodies last week for our staff. We are so appreciative for all of the community support we have had the past few weeks!

Senator Woods stopped by last week. Stephanie Six, CEO/Administrator, and Eric Carter, Director of Operations, had the opportunity to visit with him. They updated on the damages to the hospital following the storm in September. Senator Woods was out of town at the time and not able to be onsite.

UPDATE ON DAMAGES: The devastating storm on September 23, 2025, left the South Wing without a roof and water pouring into the building. E2 Roofing worked practically around the clock for 2 to 3 days getting a temporary roof in place to secure what wasn't already damaged. Today, 14 days later, the damages are in the millions; we face months of rebuilding; the South Wing is nothing but the studs.
