Most people think chiropractic just helps pain.

BUT we know better ❤️ this study suggests it may affect your body on a deeper physiological level.

Researchers found changes in biomarkers associated with inflammation, stress response, and brain-body adaptation after 12 weeks of chiropractic care.

In plain English, this suggests an adjustment may be doing more than creating a temporary mechanical change. It may be influencing how the body regulates and responds.

No, this doesn’t prove chiropractic is a cure-all. But it does support the idea that chiropractic care may have measurable physiological effects beyond symptom relief.

Patients have been asking what the difference is between Lasers and Red Light because the “influencers” or “internet experts” say a laser photon and LED photon have the same reaction.

This is not true when you look at high quality double and quadruple blind studies using identical parameters, at least for the wavelengths that we use.

Check out this study that was Level 1 RCT of laser vs Red Light for chronic low back pain.

THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE is the long term results. 12 months after laser was stopped the patients got even better than at the end of treatment by an additional 17.46%. Meanwhile the red light group went back towards baseline within just a couple months post treatment.

Researchers found that adjusting different parts of the spine can create different effects in the body’s “speed up” and “slow down” systems.

When the neck was adjusted, the body showed signs of shifting into a calmer, more restorative mode.
