Staff meeting and balloon release this week -reminding us losing our residents can be a shared loss
The Gentle Release
The road has reached its quiet end,
The sun has set, my cherished friend.
I know your spirit longs to fly,
Beneath an open, endless sky.
I’ll miss the laughter in your voice,
But know this parting was not choice.
So I will hold the memories fast,
And let the pain become the past.
