For my 34th birthday today, I went to Clubhouse on South Temple for 11am yoga and 12:15pm ecstatic dance! Such a beautiful, sunny sky and perfect morning!

✨ I went to Sacred Energy Empowerment Center for the first time yesterday! Wow! Such a magical place. 🌿 The store, apothecary and café are all truly amazing. I look forward to attending events! 🧘🏻‍♀️

FAQ: Do I still do and teach yoga? 🧘🏻‍♀️ Yes, I still do my yoga practice daily but at home and not at a studio currently. 🙏🏻 I’ve been doing it for 17 years now (Started at age 16), so it’s a permanent part of me. I haven’t taught since August 2023 due to life circumstances but planning to teach yoga again and offer sound healing in 2025. 🎵
