First attempt at Korean popcorn chicken (dakgangjeong)… like I said – popcorn chicken. Took me about 45 minutes, wandering up and down the aisles at H Mart to find everything, didn’t turn out too badly. Although next time I will add the chili oil and kick things up a bit!
