When someone has leakage or other symptoms, we are trying to figure out the root cause… and this reflex is often not working properly. 🤓

Pelvic floor therapy can feel really vulnerable, but it’s our job to understand all the details of your symptoms. And IMO, making patients feel comfortable is the number one skill that all good pelvic PTs have. ❤️
