If you try to ignore fear, it can suddenly take control of your mind like Vecna in so, we have to address the pull fear has on us, how it distorts our thinking, how it changes our emotions, how it changes our inner dialogue, and how it distorts our perception. Then we can return to more strategic and focused action. In therapy we address the problematic triggers and the reactions that exist in your life. You decide what is problematic for you and you decide what triggers and reactions you want to change. I just help you make that change.

I often use my social media as a way to take my own notes from courses I’m in. There are two important keys to notetaking when it comes to learning one is a rep processing of the information that you received verbally into some form of external communicated language enlarged lecture rooms that makes no sense to have students talk to each other through a lecture so we use writing notes, typically for that You can use videos or recordings just the same. The second important part is going back in reviewing the materials that you wrote this reinforces the memory, mylenating in the brain, which is what learning looks like physiologically.
