Modern dating feels so broken because the relationship skills we were taught are not up to the standard needed to create a successful relationship. Until now!

If you’ve ever thought:
• “Why does dating feel so confusing now?”
• “Why do situationships keep happening?”
• “Why can’t I tell if someone is emotionally available?”

This is exactly why I created the Relationship Building in Modern Dating course.

This course teaches you the actual skills required to form healthy, secure, emotionally connected relationships in today’s dating world, not just how to get a date.

Inside the course + 20-page guided workbook, you’ll learn how to:
✔ Build emotional connection without over-investing
✔ Communicate interest, boundaries, and needs clearly
✔ Spot emotional availability vs. avoidant behavior early
✔ Stop repeating anxious/avoidant dating patterns
✔ Create attraction and stability at the same time
✔ Build relationships that naturally move toward commitment

This is therapy-informed dating education created by me, a licensed therapist and dating coach with 15 years of experience. The course is designed for modern real life: online dating, texting, first dates, and the “what are we?” stage.

💻 Self-paced course
📘 20-page workbook with prompts, reflections & tools

If you want to get the results you've seen from my clients, stop guessing and start building real relationships, this is where it starts.

What’s meant for you won’t require persuasion.
Choose the man who shows up freely, not the one you have to pull toward you. 🤍

If you’re tired of guessing, overthinking, or trying to “earn” someone’s effort, you’re not alone. I help singles learn how to recognize healthy investment early, without anxiety or chasing. ✨

Modern dating trains you to stay guarded:
• Don’t text first—> avoid neediness
• Don’t ask questions—> avoid looking invested
• Don’t clarify—> avoid conflict
• Don’t be too available—> avoid rejection

Avoid, avoid, avoid… and then somehow expect a relationship to grow.

But real connection thrives when you do the opposite:
• Communicate
• Clarify
• Take gentle risks
• Show interest
• Stay present when things get messy

Healthy love isn’t born from comfort, it’s born from courage.

Double-tap if you’re done with avoidance culture. I know I am ❤️

💡 Before exclusivity, relationships move through stages that can feel exciting and confusing.
Attraction, uncertainty, exploration, clarification, and finally, decision.

👉 The mistake most singles make?

They confuse chemistry for compatibility

Or they see uncertainty as rejection

Or they avoid clarification and end up in a situationship

Each stage is simply a filter to help you find clarity.

✨ Question for you: Which stage do you usually get stuck in? Drop it below 👇

Let’s talk about this! In modern dating, is it realistic to expect someone to be constantly available by text, call, or DM?

We live in a world where instant replies feel normal, but does that create pressure or build connection?

👉 Drop your thoughts in the comments OR vote in the poll:
✨ Yes – quick replies are a sign of interest
✨ No – healthy relationship building needs space

👩🏻‍💼 My Note: It’s healthy to expect consistency but not constant access. Respecting each other’s time and responsibilities builds trust way more than instant replies will. Move away from the text giving you validation. Please 🙏
