Hannah is a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor who works with young adults, individuals, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, and major life transitions. She has a particular focus on college-aged and young adult clients in the Salt Lake City area who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves—especially those who are neurodivergent or living with ADHD—while also providing developmentally informed care for children, teens, and families.
Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in health communication, which informs her collaborative, whole-person approach to care.
Hannah’s therapeutic style is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. She tailors therapy to each client using evidence-based and nervous-system-aware approaches, including EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), play-based interventions, and somatic or creative practices. Her work often supports clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, grief, ADHD-related stress, and seasons of transition.
Known for her warm, steady presence, Hannah creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, values, and questions without pressure to perform or have everything figured out. She works collaboratively to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with what matters most—so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
