It’s not always glamorous—but lifestyle is medicine.

When I first met Monica, I was dealing with PCOS, acne, anxiety, joint pain, and constant fatigue. In my 20s!

But I also wasn’t moving my body, eating intentionally, managing stress, or truly participating in my health.
