What do I mean by “safety inputs?”
First off, I’m a Functional Provider who’s trained in looking at the WHOLE body. People come to me for a variety of health concerns - Autoimmunity, IBS/IBD, Thyroid, Fertility, Hormonal imbalance, Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, the list goes on. Everything I do is customized to the full picture and physiology of YOU, but they all have important factors in common:
1. Chronic unrelenting stress + chronic low grade inflammation (affecting each person differently and we get to see those factors in labs)
2. Gut dysfunction and terrain issues (leaky gut, intestinal overgrowth, no keystone species, population issues)
3. Overactive and highly burdened immune system
4. Imbalanced digestion —> therefore imbalanced minerals
5. Energy production issues (cellular function & communication)
6. Oxidative stress
7. And last but not least - a dysregulated Nervous System stuck in chronic sympathetic overload.
There are SO many bio individual factors in each one of these and together we go through it ALL, and more.
Through the lens of these safety inputs:
🥑The right “diet” or what I like to call nourishment routine for you (and exactly what your body, your microbiome and its inhabitants need, and what your minerals say you need too) and TIMING ⏱️!
⚡️💡💧🌅🌄The right inputs of light, hydration, circadian rhythm syncing for you based off of what your body is telling me it needs via mineral signaling, hormonal signaling, adrenal sufficiency, nervous system capacity and more..
🧘🏻♀️🚶🏽the right movement for YOUR body based off of again, what your body is telling us it needs and when
💤 🛌 The right sleep routine and rituals - for what your body needs - we can see this in your hormone panel - what your diurnal rhythm is telling us you need here as well as other factors such as digestive capacity, adrenal sufficiency, light regulation and more.
🌬️🍃And finally nervous system supports - tailored to your individual needs on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level (as is everything else above)
