I love helping people find their way back home into their bodies, and helping them feel safe, heard, and protected while giving an effective massage that delivers results! My style is rather fluid and relaxing, even when I do deep tissue. My philosophy is to keep your body in the relaxed state (parasympathetic state) so your muscles will naturally relax on their own which allows me to work out the adhesions and knots more effectively. Right from my website I created a link on the front page that says digital gift cards and follow the prompts. I have options to buy gift certificates from 25$, 50$, 80$, 115$ or 160$ or you can select a style of massage (deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, SARGA or Ashiatsu) It is super easy and fast! I really enjoy using Doterra essential oils with all of my clients. I offer them at no cost to you. I listen to your needs then pick an oil I have on hand to enhance your experience! One of my favorite oils is Breath as it opens up the sinuses when you are laying down. Another one of my favorites is eucalyptus as it has a relaxing effect on the muscles and smells refreshing. I do not sale the oils, I am using them for pure enjoyment because I like the benefits and the aroma and I hope you do as well.
