New group starting February 23rd, 2026. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers a structured, skills-based approach for individuals who want to respond more effectively to emotional stress and relationship challenges.
This February, we’re starting a new module focused on mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness.
This group is appropriate for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotion dysregulation, or relationship difficulties, as well as those seeking personal growth.
