"A lot of times I hear from one partner that they want to be physical or intimate, but they're worried that's gonna send a signal to their partner that s*x is then going to follow, which puts pressure, which makes them retract."

Every year we host a holiday charity drive to support a nonprofit organization in our community. This year, the beneficiary of our holiday charity drive is Lifting Hands International (LIH).

LHI provides direct, dignified support to refugees resettling in Utah and to displaced families around the world.

LHI's biggest needs:
• Feminine pads
• Newborn diapers
• Infant clothing (0 to 6 months)

If you're interested in helping us support this organization, there is a donation bin at our office. We will be collecting items from now through December 31st. 🥰

Ever wondered what it takes to become a psychedelic-assisted therapy provider?

One of our clinicians from our Colorado office, Dr. Alex Ertl, is currently training to become a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in the state of Colorado through the Natural Medicine Health Act... and he's sharing his learning journey through a series of blog posts 🤩

In his first post, he reflects on his motivation, what the training looks like, and what surprised him most in the early stages.

NOTE: This content is for audiences 21 and older. You’ll be asked to verify your age before accessing the blog.
