Beehive Homes is looking for a few heroes. For over 30 years, Beehive Homes has been at the forefront of the assisted living industry, not only providing an amazing work environment, but also providing high pay, good benefits, and flexible schedules.
Care-centered Assisted living facility in Salt Lake in search of responsible, compassionate, self starter CNA/Caregivers to work. Currently hiring for part-time mornings, full-time evenings, part-time NOC, and part-time evenings.
Job Duties include:
assisting in activities of daily living,
resident activities,
resident meal time assistance
light housekeeping.
Slow paced, small facility allows for the opportunity to get to know residents and families on a more personal level for a more fulfilling relationship-oriented working experience.
Seeking staffing for all shifts. Opportunities for future career path development.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification • High school diploma or equivalent. • If needed a certification from a physician, nurse practitioner, or other health care professional to verify no communicable diseases, open skin lesions, or any other health problems that would interfere with job performance. • No previous felony conviction or conviction for fraud of the federal government. • CPR certified and first aid certification. • Background check (BCI). • TB test. • Food handler permit. • CNA where applicable. • 18 years of age. Skills/Abilities • Knowledge of the assisted living care industry. • Decisive, well-informed, decision-maker. • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. • Capacity to work effectively with different types of people. • Ability to work efficiently and complete projects under pressure with time constraints. • Ability to calmly handle stressful situations. • Demonstrate organizational capabilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Two years of experience working in an Assisted Living Center. • CNA certification.
