Wow. This is definitely one of the most challenging journeys I have set out on. Aikido challenges my body, mind & spirit. Thank God for yoga. I am so endlessly grateful for the yoga tools & training over the last 20 years. My mantras are courage, patience, practice, strength, flexibility, compassion, breathe, love & peace… *let go*. I express to you guys how important it is to be consistent & diligent with your practice & I must do the same here with Aikido. May I continue to be a witness to limiting thoughts & feelings of self-doubt & negativity. May I alwayz banish them with *deep breaths* & *light.* Do something that you have alwayz dreamed of doing!
