Retirement-age man with progressive leg numbness and weakness was a diagnostic dilemma for multiple providers. Upon referral to , spinal MRI demonstrated abnormal cord signal and vessels dorsal to the cord. Spinal angiography by demonstrated a spinal dural arteriovenous fistula, with was cured with embolization. With this progressive disease halted, he goes home with a groin bandaid the next day.
